The idea of an ice cream robot came to me a few years ago when I saw a classic ice cream machine at a major global retailer that you had to operate by hand. I knew then that it was the robotics that should provide the excitement, and the user should have more fun personalising their favourite ice cream. It took 5 years of development and 2 years of testing to develop the most technologically perfect automatic ice cream machine. This was soon followed by many more, and I am proud that we are developing innovations that will change the lives of many.
